Our merchandise returns policy allows you, our customer, added flexibility when you shop at events stores. Our policy exceeds our legal obligations in that it allows you to return merchandise to our stores even if you change your mind! * This is not something that every store offers.

* Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event that merchandise you have purchased is faulty, inappropriately labeled or not performing as supposed to, you can choose a repair, exchange, credit or refund. Retain your receipt for proof of purchase. If you change your mind (except with sale items) we will happily exchange, credit or refund provided that: the merchandise is returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt; merchandise is unworn and in original condition with all labels/tickets attached.
